Prize

I won second place in the dessert contest at work today. I made a peach cobbler this morning. There were only 6 desserts so the competition wasn’t too tough. My prize is a Marie Calendar’s pie.

Peach Cobbler
2 regular cans of peaches, 1 of them drained.
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch
1 cake mix
1 cup of crumb topping

Spray/Prep the baking pan. Pour in the peaches and cinnamon. Mix a little juice with the cornstarch then stir it all around. Spread out the peaches evenly in the pan. Make the cake mix and spread over the peaches. Sprinkle the topping. Bake a little longer than the mix directs.
